2022: 12 coaches at institution in Nodaway County earned on average $69,403

Nodaway County’s 12 coaches earned an average salary of $69,403 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the fourth highest average salary per county earned by coaches at Missouri post-secondary schools during 2022.

Nodaway County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

Male coaches of men's teams received $94,878 on average in Nodaway County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $51,207.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
