Northwest Missouri State University is offering personal and professional development opportunities for students and employees this fall through its Career Pathing series. The sessions feature activities and workshops led by Northwest staff members and other experts who share their knowledge on workplace topics.

The program allows participating student employees to develop workforce skills and earn pay increases for attendance, while also providing professional development for university employees.

“I am excited for the variety of sessions we have to offer this semester,” said Paula McLain, Northwest Coordinator of Student Employment. “We have some new topics being presented and some engaging presenters. Those who attend the sessions are certain to walk away with valuable information to apply in the workplace.”

Career Pathing sessions are 60 minutes long and take place in the J.W. Jones Student Union Boardroom unless otherwise noted. Students may receive credits by participating in Mock Interview Days sponsored by Career Services.
