Census Bureau: More men than women in Amazonia in 2019

Of the 267 people living in Amazonia in 2019, 46.4 percent (124) were women and 53.6 percent (143) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Missouri Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 70-to-57. In the 65 and over age range, there were 39 females and 51 males.
