Census Bureau: 74.3 percent of people in Daviess County were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 8,295 citizens living in Daviess County in 2019, 6,164 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 3,096 of those people were female and 3,068 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
