American Business and Technology University enrolls 369 undergrads

At American Business and Technology University, 64 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 55 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in St Joseph enrolled 404 students in fall 2018, including 369 in undergraduate and 35 in graduate programs, data shows. 0.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

13 percent of undergraduates are residents of Missouri, and 88 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (47 percent) and Black or African American (28 percent).
