Northwest Missouri State University has introduced the first Buffalo Wild Wings Go on a college campus, providing students and the public with access to the chain's chicken wings and other menu items for dine-in and takeout. The establishment opened on April 29 in The Station, adjacent to the high-rise residence halls on the west side of the university campus.

“We wanted to bring a concept that would be exciting to our students, employees, and the community,” Dr. Matt Baker, Northwest’s vice president of student affairs, stated. “Buffalo Wild Wings Go was presented as an option, and it seemed like a great fit. The feedback we have received so far about the quality of food and service has been outstanding.”

Operating hours are from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, extending to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Designated parking is available in Lot 41 near The Station.

In addition to its signature wings, wraps, sandwiches, and sides, Buffalo Wild Wings Go at Northwest also serves beer within The Station’s remodeled dining space. Merchandise such as sauces, rubs, and T-shirts are available for purchase.

This new dining option is part of a seven-year contract signed last year between Northwest Missouri State University and Sodexo Operations LLC to manage campus dining services. Other dining options include Starbucks in B.D. Owens Library (open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday during summer), Chick-fil-A, McAlister’s Deli, Qdoba Mexican Eats in J.W. Jones Student Union (closed for summer), and Bearcat Commons which offers an all-you-care-to-eat food court setting.

All dining locations at Northwest are open to the public during regular hours. For more information about menus and promotions, visit Northwest Campus Dining on Facebook or their website.

The university encourages local residents to visit any time during operational hours for meals or snacks. Free visitor parking is available in Lot 25 (north of Administration Building) and Lot 38 (east of Owens Library). Faculty/staff parking areas are accessible to the public from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends.

Visitor parking passes can be obtained free of charge from the University Police Department at any time and allow parking in designated faculty/staff or student lots for up to 72 hours.
