Children and their families are invited to participate in a trick-or-treat event at Northwest Missouri State University on Tuesday, October 29. The event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. and is hosted in the university's residence halls.

Participants are advised to start at Hudson and Perrin Halls on University Drive or The Station on Northwest Drive. These locations will provide maps and listings of rooms participating in the event.

The tradition is organized by Northwest’s Residence Hall Association. Mark Aubuchon, director of residential life at Northwest, stated, “This is a great opportunity for our campus residents to give back to our community in a fun and easy way by handing out candy to our future Bearcats.”

Northwest students wishing to take part need to register at their residence hall's front desk. They are encouraged to decorate their doors and rooms and wear costumes, with the requirement that they supply their own candy.

For additional details, contact Northwest’s Office of Residential Life at 660.562.1214.
