Northwest Missouri State University's Board of Regents is scheduled to convene on Thursday, March 21, at the J.W. Jones Student Union Boardroom on the University’s Maryville campus. The Board will hold its regular session at 1 p.m., as announced on Mar 15, 2024.
According to Northwest Missouri State University, the Board of Regents is tasked with overseeing the management of the University's resources and establishing general, educational, and financial policies. The upcoming meeting's agenda includes a vote to close a portion of the session under R.S. Mo 610.021(1)(3)(13)(14).
As per the university's statement, after any closed session, the Board may choose to return to an open session to address previous matters or introduce new topics as deemed necessary by individual members.
